Internship Opportunities
UMNH Internships offer practical work experience in a museum setting. Positions are frequently available in our Collections, Development, Exhibits, Graphics, Marketing and Public Relations departments.
Web Content Internship -- Virtual Exhibits
UMNH has marketing internships available to develop web content for virtual exhibits to be hosted on the Museum's website. The internship involves (1) researching UMNH assets through existing communications materials, interviewing staff and visiting the galleries; (2) posting approved information and images through the Museum's content management system (CMS) (3) creating online activities for visitors as well as links to partner sites. Internship is under the supervision of the Marketing Director; Hours and schedule TBD.
