Indian Advisory Committee

The Indian Advisory Committee advises the Utah Museum of Natural History on a broad range of issues affecting the use, care, disposition and interpretation of Native American collections. Members assist in planning programs and exhibits that meet the needs of Indian communities in the Intermountain West, and in implementing NAGPRA, the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act. Many Advisory Committee members are actively engaged in planning exhibits for the new Utah Museum of Natural History.
